What you receive
Products are digital files, supplied in the format described on their product page. There is no physical delivery. The checkout shows the total payable before you confirm payment.
Delivery
After successful payment, your order page provides a download. An order email supplies a private link so you can return to it. Keep that link private. Extract the complete ZIP and follow the included instructions.
Your licence
You may use purchased guides and software for your own work, and library presets in your music, including commercial recordings. Do not share, redistribute or resell the product files, or make them available as a competing library. Additional product-specific licence terms, where applicable, are described before purchase.
Immediate digital access
Before checkout, you must expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that your 14-day cancellation right is lost once supply begins. This does not affect your statutory rights where content is faulty or does not match its description.
Problems with a purchase
Contact support@synthiakonig.com with your order reference and a description of the problem. Do not send card details. We will help with access problems and provide remedies required by consumer law.
Compatibility
Check the named instrument, operating system, plugin format and file requirements. Hardware patch libraries require the corresponding hardware instrument. Follow the manufacturer's backup instructions before replacing stored presets.
